About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and scale our online sales channels. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for product listings, online operations, and performance optimization to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and company website
- Handle drop-shipping operations and coordinate with suppliers for timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate product catalogs (descriptions, pricing, images)
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking
- Optimize listings using SEO-friendly content and keywords
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for promotions and smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
- Good understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product optimization
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
